About The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer / 3D Visualizer to join our team at LivStyle Homes. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior design, space planning, and 3D visualization, along with proficiency in industry-standard design software. Freshers with good software skills and a strong design portfolio are encouraged to apply.
What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D layouts, floor plans, and interior design concepts.
- Develop realistic 3D models and renders for residential and commercial interiors.
- Prepare detailed interior design drawings and presentations.
- Work with clients and the team to understand design requirements.
- Select suitable materials, colours, furniture, lighting, and finishes.
- Revise designs and renders based on client feedback.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure designs meet project requirements.
- Maintain quality and accuracy in all design deliverables.
Required Software Skills
Candidates should have practical working knowledge of the following industry tools:
3ds MaxCorona Renderer / V-RayAdobe PhotoshopSketchUpAutoCAD
What We're Looking For
Educational Background & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience can apply.
- A portfolio showcasing interior design projects, 3D models, or renders is preferred.
Desired Competencies & Mindset
- Creativity and a good sense of aesthetics.
- Understanding of space planning, materials, colours, and lighting.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to understand design briefs and meet project deadlines.
